Rates Information
The rates provided on this website are available only through company IGIT.
All room rates are per room per night and all taxes and charges are included in the room rate (unless specified otherwise). The rates are not applicable during special events and are subject to change. The price is guaranteed upon receipt of final payment.
Rates quoted in currencies other than the hotel’s base currency are subject to the rate of international exchange.
The price for accommodation quoted in Euro (unless specified otherwise).
If the rates for date(s) you require are not listed on site, then we cannot quote you a rate as yet, since the hotel has not provided them. Please send request and we offer the best price
When a rate shows as "On Request", it is usually during peak periods, such as public holidays, special events, or conferences/exhibitions. Once we receive your completed reservation form we will negotiate the best rate with the hotel and advise you, at no charge. Once we receive your acceptance of our rate, your request will be processed. If you decline the offered rate, the request will be cancelled and no charges will apply.
It is possible to make booking through our company and pay to the hotel directly. Note: the price for accommodation will be different than price on our site as we can give special price only in case we pay directly for the hotel

Please find a hotel using the catalogue on this site. Once you have found a hotel and room that suits your needs, click the room and booking form will appear. Complete the required fields and follow the instruction on the booking form to make and on-line booking. You reservation will be confirmed via contacts you filled in booking form.

Please send the request for hotel booking by phone, fax or E-mail with Hotel name, dates of arrival & departure and required rooms.
The usual response time taken to confirm reservations for hotel when immediate confirmation is no available is 1 day.
Cancellation
All cancellation must be made in writing using one of the following methods: via E-mail or fax. A cancellation must be confirmed back to you by one of our managers.
If you wish to cancel booking after confirmation the cancellation fee will apply accordance with hotel individual police. The hotel individual police will be displayed in Confirmation of reservation.
General rule for cancellation: If you cancel confirmed booking less than 24 hours prior to the check-in time, or fail to arrive at the hotel (NOW-SHOW) a cancellation fee equal to the first night accommodation cost will be incurred.
However, there are exceptions to this general rule usually during peak periods.
Important: you will only be entitled to cancel or amend the booking from the time when IGIT receives notification from you during IGIT working hours. Such working hours shall be deemed to be 9 a.m-6.00 pm Monday to Friday Moscow standard or summer time. Cancellations notified directly to the hotel will not be effective. Requests for cancellations and amendments must be made in the Agency IGIT
